Press your Apple ID to open the account settings
Change 'Country/Region'

You can use a random generated Argentina address and phone number - this does not matter later and doesn't require phone verification

Search for 'Latin Pay' and download

General Instructions:

Connecting to an Argentina VPN is not required.
For the address, use your local PH address. No need to be specific, you may just state the city/province in the address.
DO NOT choose 'Argentina'. Your verification will failed if you do so.

App will require you to submit passport ID and selfie for verification. Make sure that the ID is clear is readable before submitting to avoid failed verification.

Use your local PH phone number - they will send a verification. This will also serve as your recovery method in case you lose or having issue with your account.

Identity verification takes 5 minutes or less
Once verified, go to 'Card' and select 'Issue your virtual card.'

Congratulations! You now have your Argentina-issued Virtual Visa Prepaid Card

Top-up Guide:

Go to 'Load' > 'Load USD' and enter the amount you want to Top-up.

Press 'Continue' and you will now enter your PH-issued debit/credit card info. Select 'Philippines' as your country on the billing details.

I highly advise to only use a prepaid debit card (ie. Gotyme, GrabPay, GCash visa) for security purposes, and since you will only load a certain amount on your card, you can avoid unexpected charges
Based on my test, I use GoTyme virtual debit card and the charge is about ~1.01% difference compared to the Google USD to PHP rates.
Tried loading $2 USD and it works.

Once done, you may now convert your USD to ARG in the app

You can use the 'Transaction Simulator', or on the 'Load' section > 'Load ARS' to Top-up

Interestingly, Latin Pay seems to have a bonus which is updated regularly. On January 17 when I created my account the bonus was 33% and by the next day it jumps to 37%
